Precision-built performance V8 crate engine lit in a dark engineering studio

Built to a Number.

Proven on the Dyno.

From our own blocks, heads, cranks and rods to final dyno testing, we control the engine from design through proof. 400,000+ engines later, the scale has changed. The accountability hasn’t.

01 · Capability

Most engine companies assemble parts. We engineer them.

Around 1,500 components in a BluePrint engine were designed or re-engineered in house. That is the difference between selling an engine and being responsible for one.

01

We cast and machine our own hard parts

Blocks, cylinder heads, cranks, rods and oil pans are designed and built in-house — roughly 1,500 components engineered or re-engineered rather than bought off a shelf.

02

We build the machines that build the engines

Where no production machine did what a tolerance required, we designed and patented our own. Process control starts with the equipment, not the inspection at the end.

03

Every rotating assembly balanced within two grams

Balance, clearance and surface finish are held to a written spec on every unit, not sampled. That is what makes 400,000 engines behave like one engine.

04

Industrial-grade engineering, proven daily

Our Origin Engines division supplies powerplants for gensets, forklifts and wood chippers — duty cycles that punish anything built to a marketing number.

02 · Proof

Every engine runs before it ships.

Not a sample from the batch — every unit. Rotating assemblies are balanced within two grams of spec, engines are run on the dyno, and complete engines carry a 30-month / 50,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty that transfers with the vehicle.

Describe the build. We'll spec the engine.

Engine Match is our catalog and our build logic in one conversation — it reasons the way our specialists do, recommends only engines we actually make, and tells you what else the swap needs. Then a real person picks it up from there.

05 · Contact

We can solve the hard engine problems — and you can actually talk to us.

Whether it is a 383 for a weekend car or a duty-cycle problem nobody else wants, start with a phone call. Mon – Fri · 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.
